How do credits work?

Pro and Elite get monthly credits: 300 on Pro, 900 on Elite. Copying a prompt costs 1 credit and each AI tool run costs a few, shown on the tool before you run it. Copying the same prompt again the same day is free, and a failed AI run is refunded. Free accounts get 1 copy a day instead of credits.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Your balance resets to your plan's credits on your billing date each month. On Free, the daily copy resets every night at 00:00.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Copying and AI tools pause until your billing date. On Pro you can move up to Elite at any time; the difference in credits is added to your balance right away.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade from your account settings. Billing period and price difference details are on the Terms page.

What's in the Reserve archive?

Members-only prompts, the weekly Reserve pick and video templates. The gold Reserve label on cards marks them.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Same features; yearly is paid once. The current yearly price shows on the cards when Yearly is selected.

How do cancellations and refunds work?

Cancel from your account settings. Refund and end-of-period details are on the Terms and Refunds pages.
