01Definitions

These terms are an agreement between you and GKC LABS LLC, a limited liability company registered in South Dakota, USA, which runs PeekPrompt at peekprompt.com (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use PeekPrompt.

Some words have a specific meaning in these terms:

• Service: the PeekPrompt website and everything on it.
• Visitor: someone using the site without an account.
• Member: anyone with a PeekPrompt account, on any plan.
• Creator: a member who shares prompts.
• Prompt: the text a creator writes for an AI image or video tool, together with its title, summary and preview image or video.
• Copy: putting a prompt's text on your clipboard with the copy button. Free copies count against a daily allowance; on Pro and Elite, copies use credits.
• Plan: Free, Pro or Elite. Pro and Elite are paid subscriptions.
• Credits: the monthly balance Pro and Elite members spend on copies and AI tools.
• AI tools: features that use AI to produce a result for you, such as turning an image into a prompt or improving a prompt.
• Reserve prompts: prompts only Pro and Elite members can copy, including the weekly Reserve pick.

02Account and membership

You need an account to copy more than once, save prompts or share your own. You must be at least 13 years old to create one, or 16 if you live in the European Economic Area. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy a paid plan.

Use a real email address and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it. One person, one account: don't share accounts or open extra ones to get more copies or credits.

Your username and profile are public; your email address isn't. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Community guidelines.

There are three plans:

• Free: 1 copy a day. AI tools aren't included.
• Pro: a monthly credit allowance for copies and AI tools, the Reserve archive, and the weekly Reserve pick 7 days after its release.
• Elite: a larger monthly credit allowance, the Reserve archive, and the weekly Reserve pick on release day.

03Copies, credits and use

Prompt text isn't shown openly on the page. When you press copy, the prompt goes to your clipboard and the copy comes off your daily allowance or your credits.

Visitors without an account get 1 copy every 24 hours. Free members get 1 copy a day, reset at 00:00 in your timezone; unused copies don't carry over. Copying the same prompt again on the same day is free.

Pro and Elite members get a monthly credit allowance. Your balance resets to your plan's allowance when each billing period starts; unused credits don't roll over and have no cash value. A copy and each AI tool run use the credits shown on the Pricing page and in the tool. If an AI tool run fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. If you upgrade during a period, your balance is topped up by the difference between the plans; a downgrade applies from your next period.

AI tool results are generated automatically and can be wrong or unexpected, so check them before you rely on them. Only submit text and images you have the right to use. AI tools may be paused for a while, for example when a daily usage limit is reached.

You may use the prompts you copy and your AI tool results to create your own images and videos, for personal or commercial projects, and adapt them however you like.

You may not:

• Resell, republish or share copied prompts as a collection, pack, dataset or competing service.
• Copy prompts in bulk with scripts, bots or scrapers, or get around the daily allowance or credits, for example with extra accounts.
• Interfere with the site, its security or other members' use of it.
• Use PeekPrompt for anything illegal or anything the Community guidelines don't allow.

04Billing and cancellation

Pro and Elite are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Current prices are on the Pricing page, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. If the price of your plan changes, we'll tell you before it applies to a renewal.
• Cancelling, in Settings › Membership & billing, stops future renewals. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and the rest of that period isn't refunded.
• When you switch plans, the billing portal shows any price difference before you confirm.
• Deleting your account cancels any subscription immediately, with no refund.
• If you dispute a valid charge with your bank or card issuer (a chargeback), we may suspend your account.

05Content and licence

Creators own the prompts, images and videos they share. PeekPrompt doesn't take ownership of them.

When you share a prompt, you give GKC LABS LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute it on PeekPrompt and when promoting PeekPrompt; to adapt it for previews, for example by showing only part of an image or a short clip; and to translate its title and summary into other languages. The licence ends when you remove the prompt or delete your account, except for backups and promotional material that was already published.

By sharing a prompt, you confirm that you have the right to share it, that the preview was made with the prompt, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break the Community guidelines.

Creators aren't paid for their prompts at this time.

Every prompt is reviewed before it's published. Moderators may ask for changes, reject a prompt, or remove it later, and may suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the guidelines.

The PeekPrompt name, logo, design and software belong to GKC LABS LLC. Please don't use them without our permission.

If you believe something on PeekPrompt infringes your copyright, use “Report this prompt” on the prompt or write to [email protected] with a link to it and details of your original work.

06Liability and governing law

AI tools change often, and the same prompt can give different results in different tools, models or versions. We review prompts before they go live, but we can't promise that a prompt will reproduce its preview exactly.

We work to keep PeekPrompt running and secure, but we provide it “as is” and can't guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, GKC LABS LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA. If you use PeekPrompt as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, for example consumer law in the EU, the UK or Türkiye, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.

07Changes

We may update these terms as PeekPrompt changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

If a change matters to you, for example to what you pay or what your plan includes, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then. If you keep using PeekPrompt after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

We may also change or remove features. If we ever close PeekPrompt, we'll tell you in advance and automatically refund the unused part of your current paid period (monthly or yearly), calculated pro rata, to your original payment method. You don't need to ask.
